As Prāṇa moves well through the bones and the bones are a site that holds Prarabdha Karmas (karmas of our past lives, responsible for our specific incarnation), then by focusing on the qualities of our choices in posture, breath, and focus, we can have access to engage with the karmas of our lives. This is a sweet, all-levels 60-minute restorative practice.
