In this 75-minute, all-levels vinyāsa yoga class, we look at postures as familial groups to move toward the goals of Yoga. Simultaneously we apply the principles of Āyurveda to move toward the goals of yoga. This class is fun, energizing, with postures that will be familiar to all levels of practice.
