In this Āyurvedic Yoga class, we explore how to consider focusing on guṇa (qualities) of the Prāṇa, the structure of the posture, the mudra of the hands, and the focus of the eye to create a holistically balanced effect. Since there is no way to balance doṣa in āsana, try this method! Also included is a free demo of ways to move Prāṇa through the vāyus. (There’s no wrong way, but every method has a particular effect and thus should be supported by good reason!)
